In this document you'll find the Shipping and Returns Policy of Radarcan Corporation in the United States of America, RADARCAN, SL., in the rest of the world or its licensors where applicable and duly indicated (called "Radarcan" or "Us" hereinafter).
By purchasing a product through Radarcan's website, you ("Customer" or "You" hereinafter) declare your agreement with all conditions detailed below.
This Shipping and Returns Policy apply to the Radarcan website ("this Website" hereinafter) located at www.radarcan.com and all associated sites linked to www.radarcan.comby Radarcan, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Radarcan sites around the world.
In Radarcan we have suppliers that provides us delivery services of the purchases made through our website.
Radarcan won't pass the issuing of the order of the product to their suppliers until it is checked that payment has been made correctly, except when the chosen method of payment is Cash on Delivery.
The cost of transportation can be seen during the checkout process when entering the shipping address.
Delivery shall be deemed made at the time the carrier or the postal service has delivered the product to the customer and the customer has signed the Delivery Note. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the products upon receipt and then expose all the caveats and claims it deems appropriate in the Delivery Note.
The Customer has the right to decline or return the product by express reason within 14 days of the receipt (as stipulated in Spain by the Law 3/2014 of 27 March).
The returned(s) product(s) must be in perfect condition and packed properly, to prevent breakage during the transportation is your responsibility. Also, you will run the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt of the merchandise and checked the condition thereof, shall be the refund of the amount paid for the product (non-including the cost of return shipping) as soon as possible within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
If you want to make a return, ask to our Customer Service Team in email@example.com, you will be assigned an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and you will be told the next steps to take.
If you want to make a claim for the operation of your device(s), we ask you to contact our Support Team in firstname.lastname@example.org to explain which device(s) you have, the use you're doing and where is it placed so that the Support Team can advise you to make proper use of your device(s).
In case of not solving the problem after our technical support, you can enforce your warranty rights, as long as the Support Team approves it and the following points are met:
